At 42NDLAP, every product is made-to-order specially for you. Because of this, our return and refund policy is different from traditional retail, but we always ensure fairness and quality. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, and we’re here to help make it right.


Returns & Refunds

At the moment, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we do provide replacements in case of genuine issues with your order.


7-Day Replacement Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Once your request is approved, the replacement will be processed and delivered within 3–5 working days.


Eligible for Replacement

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged or defective product


Not Eligible for Replacement

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor color or design variations (due to screen differences)

  • Incorrect size selected at the time of order


Size Exchange

Need a different size? We’ve got you covered. Size exchanges are available for apparel, with a small fee to cover shipping and handling.

  • Clear images (in case of damaged/incorrect items)
