Made-to-Order Products

All our products are made-to-order. Each item is printed and prepared only after an order is placed.

Due to this, we do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Preference-related issues


Size Exchange Policy (Strict Conditions)

We offer size exchange only under the following strict conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed

  • All original tags must be intact and attached

  • Product must be returned in original packaging

❗ Important:

Any product that shows signs of usage, including but not limited to:

  • Perfume smell

  • Deodorant marks

  • Sweat stains

  • Dirt, lint, or hair

  • Washed or altered fabric

  • Removed or damaged tags

will be strictly rejected and no exchange will be processed.


Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

We offer free replacement only if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The print is defective

  • You received the wrong item

Conditions:

  • Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear photo and video proof is required

  • Product must be unused and in original condition


Return Shipping for Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Product must pass our quality inspection

  • If rejected, the product will not be accepted for exchange


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After this, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled.


Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • We are unable to fulfill your order

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Size issues

  • Customer preference

  • Delivery delays outside our control


Final Decision Rights

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or request that does not meet the above conditions.

All decisions made by our team will be final and binding.
